We are looking for our client, a respected IT & Consulting Company focused on IT, Business Intelligence, Analytics, Data Warehousing, and Reporting, to hire a skilled Feature engineer.

The team operates under Agile methodologies, boasting a unique model adapted from Spotify. As part of the team, you’ll work on projects involving internet banking applications, internal processes, and business needs, aiming to become a thought leader in Reactive Architectures and Functional programming on an international scale.

What You Would Do & Responsibilities:

• Gather and clarify software business requirements.
• Translate business requirements into technical design solutions.
• Analyze the impact of new business requirements on existing systems.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and refine requirements for sprint delivery.
• Provide support during the development phase and execute the functional testing strategy.
• Troubleshoot errors and provide 3rd line support for production incidents when needed.

Requirements:

Hard Skills:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in eliciting requirements and creating specifications for application development; 2 years in a similar role.
• Applied knowledge in algorithms, IT architecture, database management systems, quality assurance, and data analysis.
• Experience with XML, XSD, JSON, WSDL, JSON Schema, REST/SOAP API’s, and MQ integration processes.
• Proficiency in collaborative tools like Confluence, Jira, Azure.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in software engineering-related discipline or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of microservices and creating swagger/YAML files/OpenAPI documentation.
